1. WHO MAY ENTER

This Sweepstakes is open only to those twenty one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry who are legal residents of, the United States of America or authorized visitors thereto and who enter the sweepstakes at Manifest Events, LLC’s show, February 5-7, 2024 in Las Vegas, Nevada (the “Show”) or who enter online or via electronic mail as set forth in these Terms and Conditions either in the State of Nevada or in another of the United States of America other than Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and Tennessee. Employees, paid consultants, and other associates of Manifest Events, LLC, and the affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, participating Administrators, agencies, and vendors of Manifest Events, LLC, and their families and persons living in the same household as any of these are not eligible to win. To enter, you must fill out any entry form completely, provide all the information required, and fulfill all of the other criteria set forth in these Terms and Conditions. The winner will be required to have and provide a valid driver’s license or government-issued identification document or other proof of identity and age, complete and sign and IRS form W-9, and sign an “Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release” form, acknowledging and affirming eligibility and releasing publicity rights and liability claims, and IRS form W-9, within one (1) day of being contacted as the drawing winner. The publicity release will provide that the winner consents to each Big Game Show Sponsor (as defined below) and Administrator’s use of their name, photograph and/or likeness, address, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including without limitation, print, broadcast and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes including advertising and promotional activities without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. The release will also release any liability and claims, and hold harmless, Manifest Events, LLC, and its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, participating Administrator, Big Game Show Sponsors, agencies, and vendors and others associated with this Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the determination made in selecting the winner, which selection is final and binding in all respects. Should the winner make any false statement(s) in any document relating to this Sweepstakes, the winner will be required to promptly return to the Administrator any prize that winner received. This offer is void where prohibited by law, including without limitation in the states of Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and Tennessee, and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes is intended for viewing in the United States.

2. SWEEPSTAKES ADMINISTRATOR/SPONSOR

Manifest Events, LLC, 187 E. Warm Spring Road, Suite B, Las Vegas, NV 89119 (herein referred to as the “Administrator”) is the sponsor and administrator of this Sweepstakes. The Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to discontinue this Sweepstakes or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notification. Any such changes will be available at the Show and at manfe.st/big-game-rules.

3. HOW TO ENTER

The limit of entries for each participant is fifteen (15). You may enter the sweepstakes at any time between 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) on November 1, 2023, and 4:00 p.m. PST on February 7, 2024. Eligible individuals may enter by

• visiting any booth maintained by a Big Game sponsor of the Show (each a “Big Game Show Sponsor”) at the show and completing a virtual entry form available via QR Code;
• visiting the Show’s website (manife.st/big-game) and completing an entry form by selecting one or more Big Game Show Sponsor with which to connect at the Show; or,
• sending an e-mail message with your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and a request to be entered in the “Big Game Giveaway” to Administrator at big-game@manife.st.

Entries will not be accepted from Florida, New York, Rhode Island, or Tennessee or from states or other jurisdictions in which sweepstakes similar to this Sweepstakes are prohibited by law). NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, “receipt” of an entry made via web portal or emailed occurs when Administrator’s servers record the entry information resulting from the entrant when an entry form is actually received by Administrator’s servers if in email form. There is a limit of fifteen (15) entries per entrant. Entrants can receive multiple entries by visiting multiple Big Game Show Sponsor’s booths, by selection multiple sponsors on the Show’s website, or by sending multiple electronic mail entries; each entry form submitted or email sent is a single entry. All entries must be received by 4:00 p.m. PST on February 7, 2024.

4. RANDOM DRAWING AND PRIZE

Between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. PST on February 7, 2024, one drawing from all properly completed entry forms/methods will be held by Administrator, whose decision is final. The winner will be randomly selected and will win the grand prize, consisting of
• Two (2) tickets to Super Bowl LVIII taking place in Las Vegas, NV on February 11, 2024;
• Access to a three (3) hour pre-game party at the stadium before Super Bowl LVIII;
• Flight expense reimbursement up to two thousand dollars ($2,000.00);
• One thousand dollars ($1,000.00) of spending money; and,
• Five (5) nights at a Show affiliated hotel in Las Vegas NV, redeemable for the nights between and inclusive of February 7, 2024 to February 11, 2024.
You need not be present to enter or win. Odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received by the entry deadline and are estimated, based on the Show’s projected attendee numbers and projected email entry numbers, to be approximately one in twenty thousand (1 in 20,000). The estimated value of the prize is $17,000. Any expenses incurred by the winner that are not itemized above, including applicable taxes, are the responsibility of the winner to pay. The winner will be required to complete and IRS form W-9 to claim the prize and acknowledges that Administrator will, and authorizes Administrator to, report the winner’s receipt of the value of the prize to the IRS via a form 1099-MISC or similar form. The winner will be notified in writing at the email address, and called on the telephone number, listed on the entry form, or in person at the Show. The prize must be claimed within one (1) day of notification of winning and the form W-9 and the “Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release” form must be completed and returned in order to claim the prize, or an alternate winner will be chosen. The prize is non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. Administrator shall only be responsible for awarding the prize as stated in these Terms and Conditions. Administrator expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded. Administrator makes no representations or warranties concerning the safety of using any prize awarded. To receive a listing of the person winning the prize, please send a written request to big-game@manife.st. The winner’s information will also be posted at Manife.st.

5. LIABILITY

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR ACCEPTING A PRIZE, PARTICIPANTS RELEASE AND DISCHARGE ADMINISTRATOR, BIG GAME SHOW SPONSORS, AND THE PARENT, SUBSIDIARY, AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES OF EACH, AS WELL AS THEIR AGENTS, VENDORS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS AND AGREE TO HOLD THEM HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY OR DAMAGE DUE TO INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSON, INCLUDING DEATH AND PROPERTY, CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE USE, MISUSE, ACCEPTANCE OR POSSESSION OF ANY PRIZE, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANTS BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANTS HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ATTORNEY’S FEES OR ANY RIGHT TO HAVE ANY DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED.

6. NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ADMINISTRATOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Administrator is not responsible for faulty, incorrect or mis-transcribed phone transmissions, failures of electronic mail or online systems of any kind, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. Administrator reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, misconduct, or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Show, or the Sweepstakes, or any system or program related thereto; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes as determined by Administrator/judging agency, in its sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online at Manife.st and at the Show and the drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. In the event a dispute arises regarding specific individual entitled to receive a prize, entry made by Internet will be declared made by the authorized email account holder of the email address submitted and any damage made to any web site will also be the responsibility of the authorized email account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized email account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Participant may be requested to provide Administrator with proof that the participant is the authorized email account holder of the email address associated with the account/submission. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Administrator. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. Administrator reserves the right to freeze or close an account or to prohibit the participation of an individual/account holder if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Terms and Conditions.

7. GENERAL

All taxes and reporting of awards are the sole responsibility of the winner, who will provide Administrator with an accurately completed IRS form W-9. By entering this contest, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all other rules, terms, and conditions of this Sweepstakes. The complete Terms and Conditions can be viewed where physically posted at the Show and online at Manife.st. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Administrator in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to Nevada’s conflict of law principles. All entries are deemed received in and the award granted in Clark County, Nevada. Void where prohibited by law, including, without limitation in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Tennessee.
