Revolution Foods provides healthy school and community meals for kids, adults, and seniors across the country. As EVP of Operations, Neil launched nationwide from a west coast company and scaled the business from $20M to $160M. He reduced product and labor costs and increased gross margin by 10% through systematizing, optimizing, and automating production operations. Additionally, he managed the full distribution fleet, including 175 company-leased vehicles, by outsourcing remote and long-haul vehicles in 10 domestic markets. He optimized the market service area from a 3-hour to an 11-hour radius by designing and deploying a customized hub-and-spoke model for launching small markets. He also garnered a 90% annual renewal rate by integrating internal and external KPI reports and developing an account management team of 35 regional partnership managers and directors. In his current role as Chief of Supply Chain at Misfits Market/Imperfect Foods, a mission-based online grocery company aiming to reduce food waste, Neil has scaled the business from $25M to $500M+, expanded facilities from 4 to 50, and rebranded the company from Imperfect Produce to Imperfect Foods. He championed the buildout of 45 Fulfillment and one Distribution Center, including overseeing all real estate negotiations and formal launch and built a continuous improvement (CI) department.
