Fox Robotics will present the FoxBot MK3 Autonomous Trailer Loader/Unloader (ATL) at Manifest 2025. The FoxBot MK3 forklift introduces new capabilities, including autonomous trailer unloading, advanced warehouse navigation and expanded software integrations with warehouse systems and workflows designed to streamline warehouse operations.
- Expanded loading capabilities: The FoxBot MK3 performs loading tasks, in addition to the unloading capabilities of the flagship product. It can also now pick up pallets from an elevated conveyor, as well as a staging area or a trailer and relocate them.
- Enhanced Sensor Suite: The Fox development team has enhanced the FoxBot ATL’s sensor suite to improve its ability to dynamically track and interpret its surroundings with great precision so it works safely and seamlessly in complex warehouse environments.
- Auto-Adjusting Forks: The mast assembly has been redesigned to include an automated fork positioning system that allows the forklift to handle a greater variety of load types and configurations without the need to manually reposition the forks, expanding the number of applications and industry sectors it can be used in. The cameras built into the FoxBot ATL mast identify pallet pockets and adjust the width of its fork tines automatically to pick up pallets.
- More Warehouse Integration: MK3 includes expanded integrations with warehouse management systems and enterprise workflows such as loading onto conveyors. MK3 works with gravity-flow and powered AS/RS conveyors to automatically swap between conveyors when full.
FoxBot MK3 will be on display for the first time at Manifest. Come to Fox Robotics’ booth #903 to see it in person.
Since Fox Robotics introduced the FoxBot autonomous forklift in 2018, the technology has been deployed at over 54 customer sites across the U.S. and Canada and its installed fleet has surpassed 5.5 million lifetime pallet pulls. Fox Robotics customers include DHL and Walmart, among others.
